What is Aimly's return policy?

Aimly offers returns within 15 days of delivery for any product in its original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact for a full refund.

How do I initiate a return or replacement?

Who pays for shipping in case of a return or replacement?

Great news! At Aimly, we want to make your experience as seamless as possible. That's why we take care of the shipping costs for any returns or replacements. You won't have to worry about any additional charges. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Aimly and we're here to make sure you have a happy experience with us.

What are the exceptions for returns or exchanges at Aimly?

There are a few exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, Aimly cannot accept returns or exchanges for briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.
  • Cash refunds cannot be claimed for gift cards or gift wraps
  • Items from a multipack cannot be returned as individual items
  • Special sales or offers may have different terms and conditions and are not covered under our standard return/exchange policy
  • Items that have been worn, washed, soiled or are incomplete will be refused upon receipt
  • Gift items cannot be exchanged.

What should I do to keep the product eligible for return?

To ensure that the product is eligible for return, please keep it in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after Aimly receives the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

How can I track my return or replacement?

Once you have initiated a return or replacement, you will receive a notification email to confirm the status of your request. This email will include all the details of your return or replacement and allow you to track its progress. If you have any additional questions, our customer care team is always available to assist you.

Will I receive a refund for the GST if I cancel my order before shipment?

Yes, if you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund for the GST amount. 

How will I receive my refund for returned items?

If you need to return an item, you have two options for receiving your refund:

  • Prepaid order -  The amount will be refunded back to the original payment method used to place the order.
  • Cash on delivery - orders would be refunded back in the form of COUPON CODE with the same amount, which would be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the COUPON CODE. 

The refund process will only be initiated once we have received the returned items in the prescribed condition and this may take 3-7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but cancellation is possible only till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
